Project Overview:
140 West Street in central Sandton consists of a 10-storey North Tower and 14-storey South Tower. The two towers are joined by a unitised glass roof in the atrium, which wraps over the entrance and encloses the atrium and the five linked floor plates. The facades are shaped to create gentle bends in each face and are further enhanced by metal fins. The scope of works included a unitised flush glazed system, the iconic glass roof and spider glazing.

Project Overview:
The Time Square complex in Menlyn Maine, is made up of the hotel, arena and casino. A flush glazed unitised system formed the scope of works in addition to an intricate glazed sphere that serves as a feature at the renown Globe Bar. This sphere was the first of its kind in Africa. No two pieces on the project were the same as a result of the indicate design that incorporates striking and colourful lighting that envelops the façade. The complex became an instant attraction to visitors to admire the various playful design elements.

Project Overview:
Located at the entrance of the prominent Mall of Africa on Magwa Crescent in Waterfall, the 6-storey building features an expansive internal atrium that allows for natural light and an impressive sense of space. A unitised flush glazed system formed the scope of works of the project.

Project Overview:
The Mall of Africa shopping mall, at the time of completion, was the largest single-phase shopping mall to be built in Africa. Four concave curved skylights formed the scope of works. Each skylight stretches +-70m along, among the various shopping corridors. The curves of the skylights guide visitors around the retail areas of the mall. The skylights included an unusual design, in which, each skylight was hung from the steel structure rather than the conventional method of the steel structure serving as a support for the skylight.

Project Overview:
Located at the corner of Rivonia Road and Katherine Street, in Sandton, the expansive curving facades of the three 10 storey linked office towers, of the new Discovery Head Office, allow for the optimisation of natural light and thermal comfort, while creating aesthetic appeal and interest. The scope of works included a flush glazed unitised system, an internal flush glazed screen for the gym, colourful internal flush glazed meeting pods and the lift enclosure for the scenic lift; All of which were undertaken as a JV with Diri Aluminium. The system used on the external flush glazed unitised system was specially engineered and designed in order to achieve the aesthetic vision of the client.

This 4 Storey office building, located in the commercial hub of Waterfall, comprises of single & double-glazing in a flush glazed unitised system, and automated sliding doors. The facade was designed in accordance with the completed energy models that analyse thermal loads.

Project Overview:
Located at the 15 Biermann Avenue in Rosebank, the 14-stroey building was the tallest building in the Rosebank CBD at the time of its completion. The scope of works included the design, supply and installation of spider glazing and the flush glazed unitised system. Rosebank Towers has a faceted design that consists of a combination of glass, composite spandrels and plaster on top of a fragmented natural stone plinth. Coupled with the façade’s iconic frit, the combination of elements has ensured that the building is a contemporary feature in the developing Rosebank CBD.

Located in of the Rosebank CBD, the scope of works included the design, supply and installation of a unitised system. The 5-storey building incorporates classic and non-classic design elements. The glazing plays an integral role in the design and aesthetics of the building and creates interest through the reflected images in the glazing of the various design features.

This 5-storey building is located in Umhlanga Rocks. The striking building immediately draws the attention of passers-by. The scope of works included the use of double glazing in a flush glazed system and pressure glazed system, and tapered fins. The tapered fins were placed vertically in rows along the building, which created the signature aesthetic of the structure.

Project Overview:
Located at the corner of Republic Road and Bram Fischer Drive in Randburg, the Multichoice City development’s scope of works included external and internal flush glazing and fin glazing. A sense of balance is created in the building through the atrium’s shape, which follows the wave curvature of the external glazing. The 3-storey building incorporates a border frit at the bottom of all of the glazing on ground floor. Interest is created throughout the structure, which draws the eye around the building.
