Project Overview:
140 West Street in central Sandton consists of a 10-storey North Tower and 14-storey South Tower. The two towers are joined by a unitised glass roof in the atrium, which wraps over the entrance and encloses the atrium and the five linked floor plates. The facades are shaped to create gentle bends in each face and are further enhanced by metal fins. The scope of works included a unitised flush glazed system, the iconic glass roof and spider glazing.
