Project Overview:
Undertaken by the JV with Diri Aluminium, the scope of works for this unusual stacked design entailed the design, manufacturing and installation of an unusual external building envelope. A double-ventilated façade allows for ventilation of the air channel between the inner and outer facades, which in turn ensures that the building uses less energy when cooling. The 8-storey building is positioned at the corner of Katherine Street and Rivonia Road in Sandton.

This 5-storey building is located in Umhlanga Rocks. The striking building immediately draws the attention of passers-by. The scope of works included the use of double glazing in a flush glazed system and pressure glazed system, and tapered fins. The tapered fins were placed vertically in rows along the building, which created the signature aesthetic of the structure.

Located on Benmore Road in Sandton, the 12-storey building features and elliptical central tower that is completely flushed glazed aluminium lattice structure overlay. The elliptical shape of the building has created an unusual addition to the Sandton CBD skyline.

This landmark development, in Waterfall, resulted in a striking 3-storey development that set the tone for development in the area. Pressure glazing, spider glazing, fin glazing and internal shopfronts made up the scope of works for this project. The vast atrium and various stepped levels of the building create a sense of space and ease of movement in the building.

Project Overview:
Located at the corner of Alice Lane and Sandton Drive, the redevelopment of the original building included the design, supply and installation of cladding and a flush glazed unitised system. The existing structure was converted into 5-storeys of AAA-Grade office space. The facade incorporates linear, curved and geometric shapes in the facades. These design elements are incorporated into the interior of the building.

Project Overview:
Spanning between the intersection of 5th Street, Alice Lane and Fredman Drive in the heart of Sandton, the Alice Lane development, comprises of 3 Grade P office blocks. Building 1 comprises of 8 floors of office space. The scope of works included cladding, soffit glazing, unitised glazing and pressure glazing. Building 2 comprises of 7 floors of office space. The scope of works included cladding and unitised glazing. The final phase of the development, building 3, consists of 17 floors of office space and included unitised flush glazing. All three buildings incorporate a façade design that allows for maximum natural daylighting into the office spaces, while optimising the occupants’ external views.
